A few examples, unlimited options
Carriers, brokers, and even insurance marketplaces across the United States and LATAM.
01
Marketplace · Boon, Puerto Rico
The way master policy underwriting should be.
Boon needed one place where an agent could select a risk type, see what several carriers would write, and quote and bind it. The portal opens with the question the agent is actually answering — building, apartment owner, or apartment tenant — and routes from there to the appropriate carrier rating call. Quotes come back in-session rather than by email the next day. What used to take weeks now happens on the fly.

Agent Quoting Portal · Producers National, USA
A state-of-the-art quoting portal for agents.
Producers National has several carriers running their books on Diamond, a leading policy administration system built for heavy lifting, but not as a CRM-facing system for agents. Journeys puts a slick portal in front of it: quotes in progress, finalized quotes, conversion rates, written premium, cancellations, pending underwriting tasks, and all CRM tickets in one place. Other companies in the group with smaller PASs are also connected.

03
Agent and Insured Portal · WorldWide FL, Panama, Dominican Republic
Life and health quoting across three entities and countries.
The hard part was not the portal. It was that three legal entities in three countries sold overlapping life and health products, each with its own rules, currencies, and payment rails. Journeys unified the agent experience across all three, ran real-time validations at quote, and routed payment to the right gateway for the country the policy was written in.

Virtual Agency · OwnTheTrip
An AI-first agency for travel assistance.
OwnTheTrip sells travel assistance with no branch and no shop, directly at the airports using geo-located triggers. The traveler enters their trip dates and destination, gets a price, pays, and receives the certificate before boarding. The entire agency is the portal — with an agentic phone and WhatsApp receptionist powered by Proxima CX, plus a micro-BPO also provided by Proxima Talent.

What repeats across all four
The core stayed
Diamond, ACSEL, TerraWind, and others. Every one of them is still the system of record today.
One integration
Each new screen and channel reused the same connection instead of building another.
Weeks to live
First portal in production before the budget cycle that funded it had closed.
Then it expanded
Nobody stopped at one portal. The second and third came off the same layer.
